How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days. International orders take 10-15 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is FREE when you order 2 or more items. Single-item orders have a small flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International shipping takes 10-15 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I request a refund?
Email support@musclegymx.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry about that! Email us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.
