What is the quality of your ingredients & where are they sourced?

We value responsibly sourcing the highest quality, human-grade ingredients 100% from the USA. Our chicken, beef, turkey, and duck come from family farms across the USA, and our salmon is wild-caught off the coast of the Pacific Northwest.

Where/how are your products made?

Our products are hand-made with care in small batches in a USDA-registered & FDA-certified facility in Indianapolis, Indiana USA

Are your treats raw-diet friendly?

Yes! In fact many of our customers feed raw diets and love that our treats align with this diet and can be taken on the go. We start with raw ingredients and then low-temperature dehydrate or freeze dry (depending on the product) to lock in maximum nutrition, and maximum flavor for your best furiend.

Where should your treats be stored?

We recommend resealing the pouch after opening, and storing in a cool dry place like your pantry. There is no need to refrigerate or freeze.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Sustainability and responsible business practices are important to us at King Lou and we're always looking for ways to improve. Currently our pouches are made using post-consumer-recycled (PCR) content (recycled milk jugs to be exact) and all of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable.
